Cancellation Policy

To receive a credit, all sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Sessions that are canceled or missed without rescheduling will be charged the full booking fee, and no credit will be issued.

Please note that during the holiday season, due to high demand, a $60 rescheduling fee will apply to any session that needs to be moved. Thank you for your understanding and support during this busy time!

A $50 late fee will be charged for arrivals 5 minutes or more past the scheduled session time.
